Simple Avocado Seed Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado seed (fresh or dried — dried is less bitter)
- 2–3 cups of water
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Optional extras:
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3–4 cloves
How to make it:
- Wash the seed and cut it into pieces.
- Boil it in water (with the spices if using) for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain and add honey before drinking.
Drink 1 cup a day.
