    Ingredients:

    • 1 avocado seed (fresh or dried — dried is less bitter)
    • 2–3 cups of water
    • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

    Optional extras:

    • 3 bay leaves
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 3–4 cloves

    How to make it:

    1. Wash the seed and cut it into pieces.
