Crunchy Zucchini and Carrot Crunch Sticks Ingredients (makes about 10–12

1. Coarsely grate the zucchini and carrot. Lightly salt the zucchini, let it rest for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
2. In a bowl, combine the vegetables with the eggs, grated cheese, garlic, flour, parsley, and season to taste. 3️⃣ Mix the mixture well – it should be sticky but firm.
4️⃣ With wet hands, form sticks and place them in a preheated pan with a little oil.
