Step 1: Cook the pasta.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the shells and cook according to the package instructions, until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Brown the steak pieces
Heat the olive oil and 3 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak pieces and sear them for 2 or 3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through to your liking.
Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the garlic butter sauce.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the pan. Stir constantly for 1 minute.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Let the flavors meld.

Step 5: Mix the steak and pasta.
Toss the cooked pasta shells in the creamy Parmesan sauce until evenly coated.
Gently return the seared steak pieces to the pan, allowing them to absorb the sauce.
Step 6: Serve
. Divide between plates or bowls.
If desired, garnish with fresh parsley or more Parmesan cheese.
