I bake it twice a week, cloud cake with 150 g natural yogurt

First, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a cake pan.
Now, beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Then, add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing gently to avoid lumps.
Now, pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Garnish with raisins or chocolate, if desired.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan and serving.
