3 cups fresh peaches (peeled & diced, or canned/drained)
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cornstarch (to thicken)
2 tbsp butter
Cinnamon Sugar Filling (for layering with peaches):
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
Cinnamon Crunch Topping
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup flour
3 tbsp melted butter
Glaze:
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk or cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
