1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix the Base
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well until fully combined — it’ll be thick and crumbly, like cookie dough.Press Into Pan
Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch pan (you can line it with parchment for easy lifting later).Make the Chocolate Topping
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.Top & Chill
Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Use a spatula to make it smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.Slice & Serve
Once chilled, cut into squares. Store in the fridge (or freezer for firmer bars).
