Recipe for Dumplings with Cheese Filling, in 10 Minutes

  • Instructions:

    Wash, peel, and boil the cassava until it becomes very soft.

    Transfer the cooked cassava to a bowl, add the butter, and mash well until you get a smooth purée.

    Season to taste and mix in the parsley, chives, or cilantro. Continue mashing until a moldable dough forms.

    Take small portions of the dough, add some mozzarella cheese inside, and seal well.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.

    Place the savory on  a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve warm with mayonnaise or your favorite dipping sauce.
