Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until thoroughly browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat before proceeding.

Add taco seasoning to the beef, incorporating water as directed on the package, and simmer until the mixture is well-combined and thickened.

Warm nacho cheese sauce according to package instructions or prepare a homemade cheese sauce as desired.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Layer seasoned beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and nacho cheese sauce in the center. Add sour cream, diced tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños if preferred.

Fold sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to fully enclose the filling.

Option 1: For grilled burritos, place them seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat and grill 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted. Option 2: For baked burritos, preheat oven to 175°C, transfer burritos to a baking tray, and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.

Slice each burrito in half and serve with additional nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, or preferred salsa.
