Grandma’s Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1 kg floury potatoes (Russet or white – perfect for a fluffy mash)

500 ml whole milk (secret of extra creaminess)

40 g butter (or more… grandma won’t judge )

Salt to taste

Freshly grated nutmeg (optional)

Grated Parmesan (optional but sooo good!)

How to Make the Perfect Purée

1️⃣ Peel & cut the potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal medium pieces.
Same size = even cooking = perfect texture.
